This is a delicious sandwich that can be eaten any time of day.
(Prep Time: 10 min | Cooking Time: 3 min | Servings 2)
6 egg whites
½ cup of spinach leaves
¼ cup of feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon of oily sundried tomato
1. Whisk the egg whites in a large mixing bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper then pour them into a greased skillet and cook it for 2 to 4 min or until it is done.
2. Spread the egg whites on the 2 tortillas while it is hot then place on it the sundried tomato followed by the feta cheese.
3. Fold the tortillas and press them in a Panini press if you have one then serve them and enjoy.
